第一次用户VPN 注册了用户名
但是从前面几天注册后 一直都连接不上~~
听说和海底电缆断了 不知道有关系吗
现在有用 UltraVPN的兄弟有链接的上的吗

没有这个问题。

我也是刚安装的，运行很好啊。

我二天前己不能连接了，也不知是什么原因。

我的UltraVPN能连接上，不知道楼主是什么原因了。

终于解决了
仔细看了报告
其中最后一句 There are no TAP-Win32 adapters on this system.  You should be able to create a TAP-Win32 adapter by going to Start -> All Programs -> OpenVPN -> Add a new TAP-Win32 virtual ethernet adapter.

幸好英文没有丢完
少晚上差资料 发现少了这个网络虚拟器


装上后 ok！终于连接上了
呼~这下能用Zoundry  更新blogger了

不知道是否装的雨林木风 最后版的sp3的原因
当时就是喜欢雨林木风的优化 平时很多用不上的服务都关了的
不知道其他的xp是否自带TAP-Win32 adapters

我把找的的这个传上来了 绿色版的 按addtap 即批量添加了  移除点deltapall
下载后请自行杀毒

顺便说下  有链接不上的朋友 看看报告的最后一句是关键
当时我就是觉得太多了 看不了  像偷懒
就最后一句话关键  是为什么连接不上的原因

再试过注册吗？
开始的我连接不上的时候，以为的用户和密码记错了，用邮箱取回密码也是显示 Can't connect to MySQL serve
后来过了3.4天才连接上取回密码

兄弟的方法很不错，已经可以使用了，谢谢分享经验~

刚刚再回来看了楼主的帖，原来想按楼主的方法试试，但想想不如先试下重装看看是否可行，重装后居然可以连接了，也不知是什么原因，我现在就是用它连接进来的。谢谢楼主提供的思路。
