我用的是夹心肉现铰的肉馅《粗铰》,再用刀手工剁几下,边剁边加泡制好的姜葱水,《有人也喜欢加入熬好的汤汁,使其味更鲜》盐、胡椒、几粒糖《吊鲜头》搅成稀糊状,似水无水……$LYND3|9_

喜欢混沌,不过包的好没有技巧和花样啊,馅料到不错

自己做馄饨想想就好麻烦,不过为了吃还是值得的,如果不用买的皮而是自己弄,恐怕更没心情去做了

燕皮的制作是一个难点,而且要达到色白质香,平滑细润,脆嫩爽口的标准就更难了。
