能把盒装嫩脂豆腐做的如此完整曼妙,不得不赞一句“好手艺”。表面看来十分平常的一道家常菜,其实很考究其中的功夫,稍有忽略,前功尽弃。!\f!ZV!tM|

只是有一小小疑问,在我们这,所谓的“日本豆腐”是指一种管状的黄色的豆腐。和你所用材料有所不同。不知是地域叫法不同还是楼主表达有误?
