配料:葱,姜.那个姜丝大家表以为是坏的哈,那是皮,俺没削.因为带皮的姜属凉性,削皮就属热性.现在正是干燥的季节,所以俺就不削皮.

鸡翅蒸好后从料汁中捞出,控干水份ZT7C]1e%~

鸡翅看看差不多表面凉了,水份也没了,就可开炸.锅里放的油够炸这些鸡翅就可以了.锅要热,油温要低.注意,那个鸡翅表面的水份一定要控干了,要不一会开炸有水的话,就要小心了,会嘣到自已的.
