香芋白菜焖排骨
材料:白菜、排骨、芋头

1 把各材料切好,排骨用生抽、少许盐、糖、姜丝、油腌一会mx;p*o,X1ODeNt!Y
2 煮热油放芋头过油,然后放一饭碗水,盖上镬盖煮熟,落盐,盛起待用.(老人家讲落:煮芋头要熟左才落盐,不然会"肾")

3 炒香排骨至五成熟,盛起待用

4 切2片姜炒白菜,然后把排骨和芋头放回镬里一起煮,落一碗水:[tpV+x7b
