材料:鱼头一个,料酒,大蒜,生姜,生抽,蚝油,白糖.

2.用一汤匙料酒,一汤匙生抽,一汤匙半蚝油,半汤匙白糖搅拌均匀后,涂抹在鱼头上,包上保鲜膜,放冰箱冷藏腌制两个小时入味.

3.锅子放灶上,用小火空锅预热两分钟.
