做法:

1:福寿鱼去鳞、去腮、去内脏,注意刮洗干净肚子里面的黒膜,准备生姜与葱;7J-D_hFH[
2:福寿鱼身上斜划两刀,利于入味,用盐涂遍全身,生姜切薄片,葱白拍扁,葱切小段;
