炒锅里放油,烧至5成热放入花椒粒和豆瓣酱翻炒几下(注意:油一定不要太热)

然后倒入牛肉清汤,及盘子里的配料,加入少许盐及酱油(一次不能放太多,太咸了就不好了),再倒入高压锅中压40分钟就好了(你可以用小火炖至肉烂,不过比较费时) $X@-iBB&ajj$H
