1、虾剥壳去肠,和鱼肉一起剁成泥,加上少量磨成泥的红萝卜,用2匙盐,少少胡椒粉,1匙酒,2匙生粉一起搅拌摔打至起胶&b'\|Ozo z

2、豆腐切成大小相等的方块,用勺子把中间挖出来一些,然后在挖过的地方撒上生粉,将肉馅酿进豆腐里
