1.凤爪整理干净,剪掉趾甲,葱切段,老姜切片

3.捞出后沥干水分,将凤爪从中间一剁为二,便于泡制的时候入味,锅洗净,重新入水,放入凤爪、料酒、葱段、姜片煮至凤爪断生yP_4Jbp
