材料:带皮后腿猪肉一斤多,青椒、洋葱半斤,切片备用,蒜苗、白芹菜若干切成一寸长的段,豆瓣酱、盐、糖适量,甜面酱少许。h3W#U}u?

步骤一、将猪肉西干净用水煮熟,到筷子能插得进就可以了。然后捞起来切成薄片。(重庆这边吃猪肉要将猪皮在锅里烙黑,然后再洗刷干净,要不猪皮有股骚臭味)其他材料如上图洗净切好备用。!Sc([0T5b[4_"L
步骤二、将肉直接倒入锅内煸炒,直到出油为止。[(f \X4f B3r

步骤三、根据自己口味觉得油爆得差不多了,就将肉堆到锅的一边,然后在油里下豆瓣酱、放糖、少许甜面酱炒片刻,然后将调料与肉一起炒匀,为了颜色好看,可以加少许老抽,烹点点料酒。c#Ua!w.C]

放青辣椒炒,也不错啊。我喜欢青辣椒切碎,加上蒜仁,那个香味,呵呵,超爽
